1. How safe are my transactions?
You can relax, because at 7Sultans Poker, we use the same Internet
Security Standards for online transactions demanded by major financial
institutions. It is a 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Digital Encryption
that protects the details of your electronic transactions over the
Internet. The Internet's premier electronic cash merchants facilitate
all commercial transactions. These banking facilities are only available
to the Real Players who wager with real money.
2. What are my options to buy credits and do I have a limit?
7Sultans Poker accepts traditional Visa and MasterCard, but also offers fast, secure, and convenient alternative
payment methods - Neteller and Pre-Paid ATM Cards are just some examples.

Approved transactions are automatically credited to the Player's poker room/casino account to allow uninterrupted playing.
We do have some limits though so you better check them out.
- There is a weekly purchase limit of US$ 500 on each registered card.
- There is a daily purchase limit of US$ 500 on each registered card.
- There is a maximum single purchase amount of US$ 500 on each registered card.
- You can only register one credit card in your name.
- All credit card limits are refreshed twice a week - Tuesday at 24h00 (EST) and Friday at 24h00 (EST).

3. How do I physically buy my credits?
Like any poker room or poker room/casino, you need to go to the bank to buy your credits. So, as
a Real player, go to the "Bank", and "Purchase" in the poker room/casino program.
For Credit Cards: Select "Credit Card" and then choose the appropriate
credit card. To add a new credit card, click on "Register Credit Card"
and follow the prompts. If you need to add a card and have reached
your limit, please contact support@7sultanspoker.com.
For Alternative Methods of Payments: 7Sultans Poker uses
alternative methods of payment (Neteller, Pre-paid ATM cards
etc). To add a new method of payment, click on "Register Payment Method"
and follow the prompts. (For more detail on these payment methods,
see below). If you experience problems making purchases, contact our
customer service agents toll free 24 hours a day on any of our toll
free numbers, or email us.

FIREPAY PURCHASES
You can now fund your poker room/casino account from FirePay personal payment
account, one of the most secure, private and confidential payment
methods on the Internet.

4. Why are my credit cards being rejected?
Certain financial institutions don't allow their cardholders
the freedom to buy gaming credits and play online. If this happens
to you there are still other ways to play. This is why we offer you
alternative methods of buying poker room/casino credits.

5. How do I cash-in my winnings?
It is not necessary to cash-in your winnings at the end of each session. You can leave
your poker room/casino account with a positive balance. It will automatically
be saved in the system and will be available to you the next time
you log on and play. If you do want to cash-in though, you can always
go to the "Cash-in" button on the main screen and enter the amount
of money that you wish to withdraw. The cash-in will remain in your poker room/casino
account for 24 hours - allowing you to reverse the whole cash-in or a portion thereof.
Options of cashing in your winning balance from your poker room/casino account:
CREDIT CARD CASH-INS
7Sultans Poker doesn't currently charge for withdrawing money via this method. Cash-ins are usually refunded
against your original credit card purchases, however, 7Sultans Poker
may elect to honor cash-ins in the form of a check. We just want to make sure that you realize, that if
you use a credit card to make purchases, the cash-ins DON'T offset
your purchase limit.

On the other hand, if you decide not to withdraw all of your winnings
at the end of each session, your poker room/casino account will be
left with a positive balance, and your purchase limit is not impacted.

CASH-IN BY CHECK
If you want to cash-in your winnings and receive
them by check, just click here
to request a cash-in online. You can choose between having
your check posted or couriered, to the address that you gave us when
you registered for your account. If using ordinary mail to receive
your check, there is no charge. For the courier service however, the charge
will depend on your location and will be deducted from your cash-in
amount, unless the check is for over $1,000 - these are couriered free of charge.
FIREPAY CASH-INS
There are no charges levied with this method for withdrawing money. The Cash-ins are usually refunded against the
original FirePay purchases. Just remember, that 7Sultans Poker may elect to honor cash-ins in the form of a check.
NETELLER CASH-IN
This is still a new purchase method with the poker room/casino and is used by
many of our players. We are however are not able to credit back to this account as yet and therefore have alternative
methods for your convenience.
CASH-IN BY PRE-PAID ATM CARD
This method is also an alternative to the above methods of purchasing
and is fast and easy. Here your cash in needs a preferred method of
payment as it is also new and we cannot Credit back to this account.
Both of the above have been implemented in order to make purchasing easier and more fun for you, THE PLAYER.
This is why we are constantly striving to improve cashing in methods
as well.
REVERSAL OF A CASH-IN REQUEST
If you request a cash-in, but change your mind within the 24-hour
pending period, you can always go back and continue playing with your
credits. All you have to do is request a "reversal of cash-in", within
the 24-hour period. You do this by simply going back to the "cash-in"
button on the main screen, and follow the "cash-in reversal" instructions.
